Availability: Tyne Valley B&B is open to guests from June to October. We are painting the exterior main house, and finishing renovations in the guest rooms. We will have availablility in August 2010.

Booking and Check-in: Accommodation runs from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure. A 30% deposit is required to hold the booking, while the remaining balance balance is due upon arrival.

Room Rates: We have two Queen rooms, which can accommodate up to two adults. There is room for one child on a single daybed. We can also provide a playpen as a sleeper for very young children or infants. Children under 5 stay free.

  Green room: Queen, private 4 piece bath (in hall), double occupancy: $75/night, $15/extra person.

  Blue room: Queen, ensuite 4 piece bath, double occupancy: $85/night, $15/extra person.
